Hope Through Horticulture: Nurturing Plants And People

Home Our home page is where you get basic information about who and what we are. Please visit this page as a starting point.
Iris For all of our iris news, descriptions, availability, and eventually photos. Until they bloom, we can't take pictures. ;-)
Natives California native plants can help ease your water bill while giving you pleasing landscape to look at. Birds, bees, and other wildlife often love natives.
Succulents These are the perfect plants for those of us who forget our gardens from time to time. They will tolerate neglect, and give you a show without much work. Often the leaves are prettier than the flowers.
Availability.pdf This PDF file is our list of what is currently looking good enough for retail sales. In the future, we will have a master list which will include landscape-ready plants.
FAQs If you have a question, you will likely find the answer here. If not, you'll find out how to contact us to get that question answered.
Events This is where you will find upcoming events or volunteer opportunities on the farm. Eventually we'll have a "project wishlist" for anyone who wants to tackle a specific project.
TMHA Transitions - Mental Health Association is our parent organization. This site will give you the information you need about all of TMHA's programs.
